Dear Parents of C2,
I am super excited to begin the new school year 2019-2020 in C2! It is a great joy to join such a wonderful school community and I look forward to partnering with you this year!
My teaching career began in 1995 after completing my multiple subject credential program from Cal State Northridge. I began working in Los Angeles Unified School District where I taught sixth grade for six years before I moved up to NorCal. I stayed home for five years before I began my next leg of a teaching career at Valley Christian Elementary School for ten years teaching third, fourth and sixth grade. I taught SDC mild to moderate since 2015 and joined the Lydiksen family in 2016. This year I get to teach 4th grade in C2!
When I have some spare time, I enjoy the beach, sun, pool, reading and writing at Starbuck sipping coffee, photography, painting, singing and let's be real - a staycation in my bed! Most of the time you will find me on the baseball field in the bleachers eating dirt and hot dogs!
I look forward to partnering with you and all the wonderful growth we will see in our children! Thank you for being a part of this village!
